I am not near a store, am I still able to shop with New Classic Store?

You can shop for a wide range of items in our online store. For any products featured online that are available in-store only please contact our customer service centre on 905-370-1111 as we may be able to still ship it to you.

What forms of payment do you accept on newclassic.ca?

We accept debit cards and Visa & MasterCard credit cards.

How will I know if you have successfully received my order?

Once the order has been processed a confirmation email will be sent to you. This is usually within 24 hours. Please note that this may go into your junk/spam if you have not shopped with us online before.

Yes. The easiest and fastest way to exchange an item purchased on newclassic.ca is to return the item with your proof of purchase to the New Classic store. You can visit our Return&Refunds page for more information.

You can change or cancel your order by calling our Customer Service team at 905-370-1111.

Please note we aim to despatch your items as quickly as possible, so we will not be able to make any changes to your order if it has already been despatched.
